Whitney Rich

As a native of New Bern, North Carolina, Whitney moved to Durham to attend North Carolina Central University in 1988. While still in college, he obtained his real estate license and began selling on a part time basis. After graduating in 1993 with a bachelor degree in Business Administration, he decided to pursue a full time career with a local sales company. Since then, Whitney has maintained a successful career in real estate by focusing on first-time homebuyers and purchasing investment properties.

Melvin Watson

Melvin Watson comes from Selma, NC. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics. Since 1997, he has earned most of his real estate experience working with Prudential Carolinas Realty. While there, he gained extensive training in listing and marketing homes, and is ready to put that knowledge to work for you!

Tonya Mizelle

Tonya Mizelle is a native of Elizabeth City, NC. She received her bachelor’s degree from Elizabeth City State University in 1995, and her master’s degree from University of Minnesota in 1997. Upon moving to the Triangle area from Prince George County, Maryland in 1999, Tonya began her real estate career with Century-21. There she gained knowledge and experience in the residential real estate market working with buyers and sellers. Tonya joined the Success Team in 2003. Since then she has diligently worked with buyers- helping them with a variety of task from assistance in obtaining a mortgage to finding a place to call home.
