Whitney Rich  As a native of New Bern, North Carolina, Whitney moved to Durham to attend North Carolina Central University in 1988. While still in college, he obtained his real estate license and began selling on a part time basis. After graduating in 1993 with a bachelor degree in Business Administration, he decided to pursue a full time career with a local sales company. Since then, Whitney has maintained a successful career in real estate by focusing on first-time homebuyers and purchasing investment properties.

Tonya Mizelle  Tonya Mizelle is a native of Elizabeth City, NC. She received her bachelor’s degree from Elizabeth City State University in 1995, and her master’s degree from University of Minnesota in 1997. Upon moving to the Triangle area from Prince George County, Maryland in 1999, Tonya began her real estate career with Century-21.
